THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Co-Executors of the Estate of Jeffrey E.
Epstein, Darren K. Indyke and Richard D. Kahn’s Motion to Withdraw Motion for Award of
Attorneys’ Fees. Having considered the Motion, the Court will grant the same.

Accordingly, it is hereby
