3 you can continue with your direct examination of Mrs. Hesse.
4 MS. MOE: Thank you, your Honor.
5 Just so the record is clear, for the subset of exhibit
6 numbers that I just read out, have those now been received in
7 evidence?
8 THE COURT: Yes. Objection overruled. They are
9 admitted.
10 MS. MOE: Your Honor, in addition, the government
11 would offer Government Exhibits 1, 2, and 3.
